Dawson started mowing yards at 8-years-old in his parent's neighborhood with his older brothers in tow. Being the 3rd sibling out of 4 and wanting to always be outside. As the lawns started to grow, so did the business. Going from push mowers and having the oldest brother drive him from yard to yard, to being able to drive on his own. To where the business is today: Multiple trucks/trailers and employees taking the equipment to go make the lawns beautiful. Dawson is actively involved with the day-to-day operations. He is usually found at client's house with the team helping maintain the lawns.

Baylee, AKA Dawson's wife, manages client communication, scheduling, and office operations, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. She has a genuine passion for helping others and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high standards across every aspect of the company.
